Shouldn’t I be able to do this on my own?
We all need a little extra assistance and support sometimes. Rock on for that recognition! It’s not easy asking for that and it takes strength to be vulnerable. There are times when we just need a little boost or maybe things are too hectic and we know we will need support for a while. Whatever the reason, extra assistance can be super beneficial.
How long does each session take?
This part is a work in progress as sessions are being redesigned at this time.
What types of techniques do you use?
I enjoy working with several methods. I utilize Yoga Therapy, Journaling, Mindfulness, Tarot, Intuitive Healing and this all depends on what you are looking for from your sessions.
What about insurance?
Insurance, sadly does not cover these services at this time.
